Indianapolis Colts
Welcome Colts Fans!! In this blog I just wanted to talk about my favorite team. The Colts are a finesse team that play the game the way it ought to be played. No trick plays and reversals. No running the score or keeping your starters in if you're up 36-0. The Colts ability to stay calm and play hard-hitting smart football is the reason why they're either the Champs or top of their division. Either way its the reason why I'm their fan. GO COLTS!!!
Joseph Addai
The 2006 Rookie of the Year Joseph Addai starts off this page. As a Colts Fan for the past 7 years I was a bit worried when Edgerinn James left as to who his replacement would be. I knew kick returner Dominic Rhodes didn't have the speed or power to be a great tailback. Sorry just my opinion Dominic. When this rookie came out of LSU and into a #29 jersey for the Colts he started as a power runner up the middle with few elusive moves on the outside. Now it seems in most games that the defense celebrates if they can stop him for less than 8 yards a carry. Way to keep fan hopes alive Joseph. Great Job
Peyton Manning
The one and only Peyton Manning. The Indianapolis Colts golden boy at quarterback does alot more than just throw a ball to an open receiver. This man has an ability to tire out a defense with great clock management. He can also confuse defensive captains by switching his plays and calling audibles at the line of scrimmage. Not to mention his ability of awareness and having great quarterback vision. Being able to see all receivers and knowing where the defensive rush is to avoid a sack is a skill that all quarterbacks from amateur to pro wish they can master.
Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne
#88 and #87 better known as Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne are the two receiving threats in the Indianapolis Colts. With their mobility and ability to catch in traffic these two weapons usually have the safeties commited on double coverage or in the least confused on who to cover so the defense does not look too embarrasing when someone makes an open catch deep down field for a touchdown. So even if it's not their play they can still make holes for the next receiver.
